Repeated wetting and drying can eventually cause leather to crack. Like human skin these natural leathers require regular moisturising.
Dubarry Leather Cream, the most important of all our care products, contains tea tree oil, eucalyptus oil, emu oil, beeswax and lanolin to help protect, preserve
and soften the leather while enhancing the water repellent properties.
Note: Leather Cream is for use on smooth leathers only and NOT on suede or nubuck leather. The Leather Cream will often cause lighter coloured leathers to darken in colour.
Directions for use:
1. Remove dirt, mud, manure, salt water etc with clean cold water using a brush if necessary to get rid of more stubborn grime.
2. Apply Dubarry Footwear Cleaner all over and scrub with brush to remove more ingrained dirt and other residues. Work this to get a generous lather and don't be afraid to scrub the leather vigorously.
3. Rinse excess cleaner and lather from the shoes with clean cold water.
4. Dry naturally; ideally air dry for 24 hours before any further treatment. Never use artificial heat or leave near an open fire or range.
5. Apply Dubarry Leather Cream sparingly to the smooth leather only, rubbing in gently with a clean, soft cloth or brush, paying particular attention to the flex area, that bends as you walk. Clean off any excess cream with a dry cloth.

Our cut off for postage is 1pm, any order placed after 1pm will be shipped on the next working day. Please bear in mind that any order placed after 1pm on Friday will be posted on the following Monday as this is the next working day.
We will endeavour to dispatch products immediately on confirmation that your order is accepted and issue of your Order Reference Number. If any product that you order is out of stock, we will contact you by telephone or email as soon as feasible to inform you.

Royal Mail Tracked 24hr aims to deliver the next working day for all UK postcodes. Photo proof of delivery will be required and may require a signature on delivery of the parcel. Sunday is not a working day for this service.
Royal Mail will send a text or e-mail message allowing you to re-organise delivery to another day, select a safe place for your parcel to be left, or to select a nearby Pick Up Point where you can collect from a shop close to you. Please note that on rare occasions unforeseen delivery delays can occur with Royal Mail (e.g. bad weather, increased demand, local area delays) and the delivery time frame is not guaranteed.

Order online and collect from our store in York city centre (Wild & Westbrooke, 3 Stonegate, York, YO1 8AN). Free on all orders. All orders will be ready to collect the following day, we will send an email to confirm this.
RETURNS POLICY
*EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS* - Items purchased between 01/11/24 and Christmas can be returned up until 07/01/25 or within 28 days, whichever is longer. This does not apply to products purchased in the sale or seconds.
Please post returns to Wild & Westbrooke, 3 Stonegate, York, YO1 8AN and include the completed returns form included with your order, if the returns form is missing you can download a copy here - Wild & Westbrooke Returns Form. Or include a note with your name, order, number and details about an exchange/refund.
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us, however if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 28 days for full price items or 14 days for discounted items from receipt for a full refund or exchange, so long as it is unused, with the tags attached (where applicable), still in its original packaging and in a resalable condition. We will be happy to exchange the item for a replacement or to give a refund which will be returned via the payment method that was used when the purchase was made. We are not able to refund any return postage charges but we will send any exchange items free of postage charges for UK Mainland. If an item has been altered or made to measure, we will not refund or offer an exchange, unless the item is faulty or not as described. We require a proof of purchase in order to proceed with any refund or exchange. This is usually an order number provided in your confirmation email upon purchase or a packing note number within the goods you receive. We will aim to help any customer, however if the required information is not provided, we have the right to refuse a refund or exchange as requested. No returns will be accepted after the specified returns period. Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging or removing any tags as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.
Standard Price Items
Standard items are eligible for return or exchange within 28 days of receipt. You should return your order to us in its original unused condition and packaging for a refund or exchange. Discounted Items
Discounted items (including seconds) are eligible for return or within 14 days of receipt. You should return your order to us in its original unused condition and packaging for a refund or exchange. If you wish to return your online purchases in person, please contact customerservices@wildandwestbrooke.co.uk to organise this.
We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we will send it back to the original delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs. If you are having any problems returning your order, please get in touch.
